Personal Information

1. To sell through our platform,you are required to provide real Name and active contact(s) as you sign up
2. If you won't verify ownership of Email & Phone number,you will not be able to log in.When your products are ordered,we send you an email and SMS to the contacts you provided in sign up form.
3. You are required to provide your twitter handle(OPTIONAL).We use this handle to tag you when we post your product(s) in our official twitter handle

Privacy & Site access

1. We access and store and use your location and session cookies and searches to better your user experience and suggest offers
2. We DO NOT share your information with any 3^rd Party
3. We your share information with revelant government authorities if an item sold through our platform or a seller is being investigated once we are served with a valid court order to do so.

Eligibility :

To buy or sell YOU MUST

1. Be at least 18 years and above
2. Accept all our terms and conditions of service
3. Sellers MUST be able to deliver an order within next 4 working days after an order has been placed.Further delay will lead to reversing of client's money and cancelling of that order.

Products Policy

1. We accept both New and Used products.However,when an item is NOT NEW,the seller MUST indicate for how long the item has been used.Failure to do so will lead to account suspension.
2. You MUST NOT sell/advertise any illegal product as per laws of Kenya or any product that you are not licensed to sell.These products include Illegal drugs,Stolen items,Firearms,Pornographic content etc. The seller shall be fully responsible and liable for selling/advertising illegal products
3. The seller must UPLOAD 1 or 2 images of every product you want to sell.Uploading indecent images or images that violate Kenyan laws will lead to suspension of your account or prosecution or BOTH
4. The product images and description MUST NOT have any means of contact Whether Telephone number,Email etc.Providing any means of communication the the product images/description/name will lead to suspension of your account.
5. The seller shall be fully responsible for selling counterfeit goods/products through our platform
6. The seller MUST include all the costs in the item price.The client should not incurr any other expense.Forcing or soliciting the client to pay more will lead to reversal of client's money and cancelling of that order.

Orders & Delivery

1. The buyer will not be able to place an order unless and until a payment has been made,whether fully or a deposit.The payment must be initiated by the system
2. Sellers MUST be able to deliver an order within next 4 working days after an order has been placed.Further delay will lead to reversing of client's money and cancelling of that order.
3. The seller MUST include all the costs in the item price.The client should not incurr any other expense.Forcing or soliciting the client to pay delivery fee will lead to reversal of client's money and cancelling of that order
4. The seller MUST deliver the item as it is in the photos uploaded,and as it is the product features/description
5. The seller MUST contact our admins via SMS/CALL to Numbers in our contacts before handing over the item to client.We MUST contact the client to confirm delivery success before releasing Money to the seller
6. If the seller delivers an item different from the one ordered by client,We SHALL reverse the client's money and cancel that order.
7. If the seller fails to deliver 4 orders consecutively,the account will be suspended

Account suspension

If the seller violates any policy above,the account will be suspended immediately.To restore the account,the seller will have to pay a fine of KES 2500.
