Rensplit, is a startup aiming to solve the challenge of finding someone to share rent with. It pairs two or more tenants to come together to split the rental cost. They can share the cost of a residential house, business premise, and office space.
The renters on the platform go through thorough verification and background check. This is to determine if they are compatible with their rensplit mates( another renter).
The startup is working on the concept of sharing economy. This is to maintain the same level of satisfaction for the end-users (renters). The solution is a transformation for campus students seeking residential houses outside the campus residential.
The platform manages rent collection. The pl will be the one handling rent payment by Rensplit mates to enable timely payment of rent.
