I am Eliana Kawira , the CEO and founder of glam__by_liana, a glass art small business. What we basically do is customizing wine glasses and also bling bottles according to our clients own taste and preference. My inspiration, well this was a hobby that I adopted and decided why not, let me venture into it, turn it to be a business to me, took time to source out materials and finally made it to give it a shot and here we are.
My biggest challenge right now is getting clients. Well, the glass art decos is a new thing and isn’t much known to many, takes time to get a client but all in all am grateful to God for the continuous small growth as we eventually grow to the desired big business of my own. I’ll continue doing this art of mine. Next step will come but my prayer is that it will be source of daily income and employment, not only to me but sourcing out some people there who need to be inspired by what I do. A glass art, a craft shop are my next big ventures for me. My advice is, never fear or be held back to begin into a venture. No matter how small your idea is, no matter the situation as small as it is begin it as early as now. Grind hard, work smart and pray about it, everything will fall into place.
